Jess + Justin had one of the most spectacular nautical themed weddings yet. The venue is full of casual elegance perfect for the laid back couple who said I do under the warm evening sun of the eastern shore. I love the white, navy blue and pops of coral colors chosen by the couple. Even the smallest details was was perfectly thought out like the diver holding his bride which sat on top of the cake, perfectly fitting for the couple as Justin is a Navy Diver. Their wedding was full of so many k touches from the sand dollar escort cards nestled in sand, to the gorgeous nautical table numbers and lanterns that filled the room with romantic candle light once the sun finally dropped below the horizon. Another on of my favorite parts of being in Cape Charles is how the sun set lingers on forever. I could not get over the incredible sunset we so privileged to have that evening. The orange glow danced across the sky giving us an amazing contrast to the bright blue building I adore!
Thank you both so much for the honor of returning to one of my favorite wedding venues and capturing stunning day! I wish you all the best in your adventurous busy lives together! I know life has great things in store for the both of you! XOXO – j

Wow, these are so pretty! Can’t get enough of that lovely golden light!
You’re killing it, Jen! These are all so lovely!!
Absolutely stunning photos. It was a fabulous day. The only nit picky thing I see is the date. Wedding date was August 30, 2014. Not sure if it’s suppose to be the wedding date or today’s date.
Tracy, September 30th is todays date, the date the blog was created. It doesn’t have anything to do with the wedding date. 🙂
I knew I was going to love this entire wedding just from the first image!
