An Intimate Winter Wedding at Tusculum Farm
It’s almost as though Becky and Tony had a sense of what was in store in 2020 when they planned their intimate wedding at Tusculum Farm. In chatting with Becky pre wedding, I learned that family is everything to them. They wanted to celebrate their unity in truly intimate way with just their children by their side. In a day full of emotions, there was not shortage of beautiful moments between the 4 of them.
March in Maryland can be very hit or miss weather wise so we made sure to have extra time just in case we been to switch gears to plan B. Becky and I planned a day full of getting ready moments a sweet first look and LOTS of portraits (and clearly there is no shortage of options here) followed by the couple walking hand in hand right into their ceremony where they would say their I Do’s, toast and share a first dance on the patio.
Looking back on this day, I realize so very deeply what a blessing it was to be a part of this celebration. It was a true bright light in what would be a very dark time ahead for all. Unknowingly and abruptly ending what we know as wedding season with this sweet family was more that I could have asked for.
Becky & Tony, I know I have said this many times before but I am truly blessed by you and your sweet words to me. Thank you again from the bottom of my heart for allowing me to celebrate these intimate moments with your family.
These are breath-taking! The pre-ceremony prep photos & the 1st look photos brought me to tears. You captured the depth of emotions perfectly! Absolutely stunning photo of the engagement ring in the rose!
